This November, we teamed up with TUM Venture Labs and TUM Incubator for Startup Month once again. The result: four weeks dedicated to helping early-stage founders turn ideas into impact.

Challenge & Approach.
We partnered with TUM Venture Labs for Amplify Startup Month – four weeks dedicated to helping early-stage founders move their ideas forward. The startups worked from our Netlight Munich office, becoming part of a collaborative space for learning, experimentation, and exchange. Each week focused on what their journey needed most – from refining user experience and testing value propositions to developing technology and leadership practices.

Impact.
Netlighters offered tailored, hands-on support through a wide range of sessions – from UX Audits and Value Sprints to CXO Advisory and Mentorship. Beyond the practical work, we also connected founders with our broader ecosystem of alumni, investors, and corporate partners, helping them build relationships and gain perspectives that last beyond the program.
